ExpertAd Terms and Conditions

This Ethoseo Internet Marketing Agreement for ExpertAds (“Agreement”) is a contract between you (the “User”) and Ethoseo Internet Marketing, LLC, and applies to your use of the ExpertAds services offered with Ethoseo Internet Marketing, LLC (“ExpertAds Services”). You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. By using the ExpertAds Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Agreement. This Agreement applies in addition to the Ethoseo Internet Marketing, LLC User Agreement and any other agreements to which you have entered into with Ethoseo Internet Marketing, LLC. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. In addition, if the revised version includes a Substantial Change, we will provide you with 30 Days’ prior notice of Substantial Change via email.

Payment

You agree to allow Ethoseo Internet Marketing, LLC to charge your Account every month in advance for fees that become due under this Agreement. In the event that Ethoseo Internet Marketing, LLC is unable to withdraw the monthly fee from your account, Ethoseo Internet Marketing, LLC may terminate your use of ExpertAds within 15 days of the date that the monthly fee was due and you will remain obligated to pay Ethoseo Internet Marketing, LLC for any unpaid amounts. All monthly fees are non-refundable.

Contract Length:

This agreement shall have a minimum term of three months starting on the day of your sign up and submit payment. The contract will continue indefinitely, until canceled as outlined in the Cancelation Section.

Cancellation

Cancellation of your account can be requested by speaking to our representatives by phone. Our representatives can be reached Monday through Friday, 9am – 4pm PST at 360-474-7265 or 360-255-7312. Please allow three business days from the date of cancellation for your request to be processed, at which point all future billings will be canceled. All cancelations must be done three days prior to the next billing cycle in order to avoid being billed for an additional month of service. After canceling, your ads will continue to run until you budget is exhausted.

Subscription Failure

If your account subscription fails your account may be closed. In the case we are unable to charge your card, we will attempt to bill you credit card 3 days following a failed attempt and then again on the eighth day and finally again on the fifteenth days following.

If you have signed up for the ExpertAds Services pursuant to a promotional period or discounted amount, you agree to pay the monthly fee as stated in this Agreement immediately upon the expiration of the promotional period or discounted amount offered by Ethoseo Internet Marketing, LLC.

General Terms & Restrictions

It is the responsibility of our users to create, maintain and police the content of their websites. Sites found in violation of any laws may be removed from the ExpertAds service at anytime without notice or refund. Ethoseo Internet Marketing, LLC cannot be help liable for content on user’s sites.

Ethoseo Internet Marketing, LLC does not accept sites that fall into the following categories: sites that promote online gambling, sites that promote copyright violations, sites that sell prescription medication, site that sell fake or counterfeit products, sites that sell guns and ammunition, sites that promote adult content.

Ethoseo Internet Marketing, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
